If you have collected Cash/Checks for Over the Edge please fill out the below form to receive credit on your fundraising page.

Checks must be made payable to United Way of the Virginia Peninsula.  Please add the rappelers name to the memo section.

Please mail in or bring your donations to our office located at 11820 Fountain Way Suite 206, Newport News, VA 23606.
