We're excited to Welcome...

Because every baby deserves a strong beginning—and every mom deserves support.
The heart of Moms’ CAN (Community Assistance Network) is built on the belief that strong communities raise strong families, and at the heart is a simple promise: we listen first. Our Resource Specialists partner with expectant moms to build genuine, trusting relationships—taking time to understand your questions, your goals, and the realities you’re navigating. From there, we connect you to community-based resources, local services, and ongoing support designed to ease stress, strengthen confidence, and remind you that you’re not alone. This is care grounded in connection, respect, and compassion—because support works best when it comes from a network that walks alongside you.

From Prenatal Resource Program to Moms’ CAN
For more than a decade, the Peninsula has been building a stronger way to support moms—starting during pregnancy, when support matters most. What began in 2011 as the Prenatal Resource Program (a program of First Spark) has grown into Moms’ CAN, a trusted pathway within the Community Assistance Network (CAN). Created to ensure moms don’t have to wait until after birth to find help, Moms’ CAN focuses on connection, not assumptions—listening first, meeting families where they are, and linking every expectant mom to care, resources, and community support. Because every pregnancy is different, and every mom deserves a network that shows up early and walks alongside her.
- Pregnant women at any stage
- Families, partners, and caregivers preparing for a new baby
- Any mom in the Peninsula region—regardless of insurance, income, or background
There’s no wrong door. If we are not the right fit, we connect you to someone who is.
Moms’ CAN offers early, caring support that connects you to resources, services, and people who walk alongside you through pregnancy and beyond.
