January 18-19  Free First-time Homebuyers Workshop - sponsored by the Center for Child & Family Services.  Held at Consumer Credit Counseling Services, 2021 Cunningham Drive, Suite 400, Hampton.  5pm-8pm. Attendees learn about budgeting, credit, the loan process, parties involved, real estate terms, and are introduced to skills to avoid future delinquency problems. Seating is limited.
